iPhone Unlock Service Explained:
To unlock the phone you will need IMEI number of your device. This is a set of numbers, unique for each phone.
On iPhone, simply launch the Settings application and select General > About. Depending on what iPhone you have, the IMEI will be in another section of the screen.
(On an iPhone 11 Pro I have handy, the IMEI is in the section labeled Primary; on my older iPhone SE, the IMEI is in the third section of information, wedged between the Bluetooth and ICCID listings.)
The iPhone 6s and later also has the IMEI number engraved on the SIM tray, though you’ll need superhero vision to detect those digits without a magnifying glass. Some carriers, like AT&T and T-Mobile, let you dial *#06# to have the IMEI digits show up on screen.
How to Unlock iPhone
Each wireless provider has its own criteria for who can and cannot unlock their phone (although the conditions are quite similar from operator to operator). Once you have determined that your iPhone is eligible for unlocking, it is simply a matter of following your carrier's specific procedure to request unlock and provide your IMEI number.
Below is information about which devices can be unlocked and how to unlock them.
AT&T
You can check if your phone is unlocked at AT&T website. (You will need an IMEI number to check.) AT&T allows you to unlock your iPhone if you meet these criteria.
Your iPhone has been active for at least 60 days. (If this device is on a prepaid AT&T service, it must be active for 6 months).
There may not be an expired balance on your account.
You have paid for your phone.
Your device will not be reported as lost or stolen.

Your iPhone was not reported as lost or stolen.
The criteria are different if you are a prepaid customer. Your iPhone must have been active for at least 12 months and it cannot be reported lost or stolen. If your device is inactive, you should contact Sprint Customer Support, who can guide you through some steps to update your phone so that it can be unlocked.
How to Unlock iPhone in Sprint: Some good news if you have SIM cards to unlock your phone (which Sprint says must include any mobile devices launched after February 2015): Sprint will automatically unlock these phones for postpaid devices when they become available. You can only request two unlock codes for your mobile device per service line per year.

Important Guidelines!
What do I need to unlock my iPhone?
If you bought your phone as a used phone, it's a bit more complicated: if you can't get the seller to unlock it for you, you may need to jump over some hoops. If the phone was originally purchased under contract or lease agreement, you will probably need the information from the original account owner to unlock the phone. However if you use our unlock services none of this is required except for the IMEI number and Model.
Please make sure you provide us the correct IMEI number and carrier of your iPhone!
No refunds are given for incorrectly submitted orders.
If your iPhone is locked, you will receive error messages such as "Invalid SIM card" or "SIM card not installed". This may not mean that your phone is locked - it could just be that you are giving up the fit. If you're in this bracket, it's just a case of clicking on and off and rebooting your phone - or simply cleaning up some pocket fuzzy and rebooting your SIM card.
Alternatively, go to "Settings" at | General | About the program and click "Verify operator settings update".
If you get the message "SIM card is locked", then you're out of luck and you need to find a way to unlock the phone - and that's how to do it.
