If you have no remaining unlock attempts you will not be able to get unlocked! To find out, first insert a SIM card into your Ascend Q that uses a different network to the one it is locked to. Next ensure that it is turned on and then wait for it to display the splash screen.

Whilst there is a non-accepted SIM card in the Ascend Q, there will be an entry field on this screen that asks for an unlock code, and, if you have run out of unlock attempts there will also be a line of text stating to you that you have no unlock attempts remaining.
