Once you've inserted the non-accepted SIM card, turn on your Fusion 2 and then wait for it to boot up. Once it is on, it will show a screen that is different to the usual homescreen.

The next step involves creating an order. You'll first need to provide us with your phone's IMEI number, it's country and of course it's locked network. On top of this, you'll need to provide us with an active email address that we can send an unlock code to.
