IMEI - This is a unique code that can be found by looking underneath the battery of your Gravity Q or by dialing *#06# on your Gravity Q.
Country - This is the country that you purchased your Gravity Q from.
Network - This is the network that your Gravity Q is currently locked to. (e.g. the only network you can use right now.)

Please note: We cannot refund you if you fail to enter this information in correctly in the unlock process! Please make sure you are providing us with the right information!

How to Unlock Samsung Gravity Q Phone - Tutorial!

To get unlocked, you'll first need to send us the IMEI, network, and country of your Gravity Q. We'll also need an email address of yours so that we can send you an unlock code.

On top of this, you'll need to check for availability, and then check pricing before placing a payment.

Once your order has been successful, check your email address and get your unlock code. You'll now need to insert a SIM card into your Gravity Q that uses a different network to the one you are locked to.

Once you've done this, turn on your Gravity Q and a screen will show up. On this screen, there will be an entry box that can be used to enter your unlock code into. Enter your unlock code here and your phone will be unlocked!
