Unlock Sony Xperia Arc (SO-01C) Handset!

Important Guidelines!

To get your phone unlocked, you’ll need to follow these steps and provide some information.

Step 1. Find IMEI- the IMEI is a code we’ll need and can be found by dialing *#06# or by looking underneath the battery. We’ll need the first 15 digits of your Xperia Arc’s IMEI.

Step 2. Provide us the country your phone was bought in, and the network you are locked to.

We can’t give refunds to anybody who enters the IMEI or any other details incorrectly, please make sure you read over the details you are sending us before making an order.

The last thing we advise you to do before you start the order process is to check if your Xperia Arc is “hardlocked” or not. To do this, you’ll need to do the following.

Insert a non-accepted GSM SIM card into the Xperia Arc
Power up the phone and wait for it to boot up
Dial in *#*#7378423#*#* or press - Menu Back Back Menu Back Menu Menu Back

A menu should open showing the following information:

Network 10
Network Subset 10
Service Provider 10
Corporate 10
Sim 0

If the number alongside the top row (network) is shown as 0, your Xperia Arc is hardlocked, and this means your phone has run out of unlock attempts and can no longer be unlocked. Please do NOT place an order with us if this is the case.

How to Unlock Sony Xperia Arc (SO-01C) Phone - Tutorial!

Follow these steps to get unlocked!

1. Send us:

Xperia Arc’s IMEI
Network the Xperia Arc is locked to
Country the Xperia Arc was purchased in
Your email address so we can contact you with unlock code

2. Once you submit your order and receive a code in an email from us, you will need to follow these steps to enter the code and unlock your phone.

3. Insert a SIM card from a network different to your locked operator

Turn on the Xperia Arc.
Wait for a message to show asking for an unlock code, key or pin.
Enter the code we sent you.

Your phone should now be unlocked!
