Important Guidelines!

In order to successfully get your Xperia i1 unlocked, you will need to provide the below information in the unlock process. Please make sure to get this information right!

IMEI - this is a unique code that can be found by dialing *#06# from your Xperia i1.
Network - This is the mobile network that your Xperia i1 is currently locked to.
Country - This is the country that your Xperia i1 was bought in.

You'll now need to check to make sure that your Xperia i1 still has unlock attempts remaining. If it doesn't have unlock attempts, you will not be able to get unlocked through us!

To check, first enter a SIM card into your Xperia i1 that currently isn't accepted (one that doesn't use the network you are locked to) and then wait for your Xperia i1 to display a screen once it is on. Once this screen displays, tap the emergency calls button and dial *#*#7378423#*#*.

This will open up a service message.
Example:
- Network 10
- Network Subset 10
- Service Provider 10
- Corporate 10
- Sim 0

The number that is next to network will explain to you how many unlock attempts you have left. If it is 0, please do not place an order with us!

How to Unlock Sony Xperia i1 Phone - Tutorial!

You’ll now need to create an order. First send us the IMEI, country and locked network of your Xperia i1. After this, you'll also need to provide us with an email address- we'll need this so that we can send you an unlock code later.

Next, check availability and then proceed to making a payment.

Once your order has finished, check your email for your unlock code and then do the following to get unlocked.

Enter a SIM card into your Xperia i1 that isn't currently accepted and then turn it on. Once it has been turned on, enter the unlock code into the entry field that is shown on the page.
