IMEI - This can be found by dialing *#06# or by looking for it on a sticker found underneath the phone’s battery.
Country - We’ll need to know the country that your Xperia TL was purchased in.
Network - We’ll also need to know what network your Xperia TL is locked to.
Next you’ll need to check to see if you have any remaining unlock attempts. In most cases you will, but if not, you WILL NOT be able to use our service and get unlocked.
How to check:
First put in a SIM card that is different to the network your are locked to and then press Menu, Back, Back, Menu, Back, Menu, Menu, Back OR dial *#*#7378423#*#*.
Once you’ve done this, a service menu should appear.

Network Subset 10
Service Provider 10
Corporate 10
Sim 0
If you have a 0 alongside network, you have run out of unlock attempts, do please DO NOT try to unlock your phone through us! Any other number is completely fine and simply represents the unlock attempts left on your Xperia TL.
