Important Guidelines!

There are a few bits of information that will need to be gathered before you can proceed with the unlock process. Here’s what you’ll need:
IMEI - this is a 15 or 16 digit code that can be found by dialing *#06#. We’ll need the first 15 digits!
Country & network - What country did you buy your Xperia X10 in? We’ll need to know this, as well as the network your phone is locked to!
Remaining unlock attempts: This isn’t one hundred percent necessary, but without checking, you may end up wasting your time and money. The reasons for this is because phones only have a limited amount of unlock attempts, so, if your remaining attempts are at 0, our service won’t be able to help you.
Here’s how to find out your left over unlock attempts:
First enter a SIM card different to the network you’re locked to into your Xperia X10.
Now boot it up and wait for the screen to display. Once on the ‘emergency calls’ screen, dial in *#*#7378423#*#* or press the following keys- Menu Back Back Menu Back Menu Menu Back.
A service menu should now pop up.
Example:
Network 10
Network Subset 10
Service Provider 10
Corporate 10
Sim 0
The number you will need to pay attention to is the number alongside network. This number explains to you how many unlock attempts are remaining. A 0 means you cannot get unlocked and our unlocking service WILL NOT help!

How to Unlock Sony Xperia X10 (X10a X10i) Phone - Tutorial!

First, you’ll need to send us your IMEI (first 15 digits) your country and your network you are locked to. You’ll also need to send us an email address so we can contact you later with your unlock code.
