IMEI - to find your IMEI just dial *#06# on your Xperia X8, or take out the battery and read it from the sticker found underneath it.
Network - You’ll need to provide us with the network you are locked to.
Country - You’ll also need to let us know the country you bought the X8 in.

Once an IMEI is unlocked we cannot revert it, so please make 100% sure your details are correct.
Next you’ll need to check to see if you still have unlock attempts left on your X8- you probably have, but it’s best to check just in case.
How to find out:
Enter a SIM card that is using a different network to the one you are locked to.
Turn on your X8 and wait till you can access the emergency calls section- now dial *#*#7378423#*#*or just press - Menu Back Back Menu Back Menu Menu Back.
Once you do this, a message should open up:
Network 10
Network Subset 10
Service Provider 10
Corporate 10
Sim 0
It will look a little like what is shown above. The number alongside network will tell you the amount of unlocks you have remaining. If it’s zero, DO NOT place an order with us as it won’t work!

Here’s how to get your Xperia X8 unlocked!
First send us your IMEI (first 15 digits if it’s 16 digits long) your country, and the network you are locked to. Also send us an email address so we can send you the unlock code.
Now check pricing and availability and then proceed to checkout.
After you have received your unlock code via email, simply enter a SIM card like you did before and then turn on your Xperia X8. When it asks you for an unlock code or key, enter your unlock code and you’ll be unlocked!
