How to unlock your phone

To successfully send you a code we will need some information. The information we need has been explained below.

IMEI number - This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone.
The country your device is from
The name of your device
An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please make sure that you enter in the IMEI number 100% correctly. Using the wrong IMEI number will mean your unlock code will not work on your device and we cannot offer refunds when this happens.

Please wait for a few days for us to send to unlock code out to you.

To unlock the LG G3 and use it on any other network you must follow these steps.

Receive an unlock code
Turn off the LG G3
Insert a new SIM (Not on AT&T)
Turn on your LG G3
A screen will pop up - enter your unlock code into this screen

Your phone should now be unlocked.
