The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 for T-Mobile comes with a 1.2GHz quad core processor, 1.5GB of RAM and different storage amounts depending on the version you purchase. The most interesting feature about this mid-range handset though is it’s ability to be submerged into water.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 for T-Mobile may be IP67 certified but you will not be able to use the device on all networks when you first purchase it. T-Mobile will lock it to their network and you will need to unlock it.
To unlock it you will need to purchase an unlock code....
