How to unlock your phone

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

We cannot generate a working code if the IMEI number is wrong, so please enter it correctly. If it’s entered incorrectly we cannot offer a refund.

When ordering please be patient - Codes can take up to a few days to be sent.

You can unlock your LG G4 Stylus as soon as your code has arrived via email. To unlock your phone, you need to insert a SIM card into the device that isn’t on the EE network.
