How to unlock your phone

To unlock your LG G4 Stylus correctly, you’ll need to provide us with some details about your device. These details are explained below.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

All orders can take up to a few days to process.

The email address you have provided us will be sent an unlock code once it’s ready. Once you have received the unlock code you can unlock your LG G4 Stylus with it. You’ll need to insert a non-O2 SIM card into the device.

Once you have inserted the SIM card the phone will display a page asking for an unlock code. Enter in the code we have sent you and your device will become unlocked.
