The time needed to get your phone unlocked can take from a few minutes to a few business days. It depends on the original country and carrier of your device. The system will show you an estimated time it takes for your IMEI when you check the availability.  

You will get your unlock code via email. Make sure you check both the inbox and the spam/junk mail folders in your email. One of those mails may contain your unlock code. Here are the further instructions for unlocking your LG G5 after getting your unlock code:

Start the unlocking process by turning off your phone. Then insert a GSM SIM card that’s not on the original network. After that just turn your phone back on.
