If you’re looking for a low budget phone, the LG Optimus F6 can now be picked up online for a very cheap price tag. It is a bit limited on the hardware side of things but should be able to deal with basic tasks without too much of a problem.

How to unlock your phone

If you have the LG Optimus F6 locked to a network such as MetroPCs, you may want to look into unlocking it. Fortunately we have the guide below to help you get it unlocked!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please make 100% sure that you provide us with the right IMEI number. The wrong number will result in the wrong unlock code. We cannot offer refunds of this happens.

Our orders can take a while to process. Sometimes you may have to wait up to 4 business days to process depending on our order load. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

Once we have sent you the unlock code, you can unlock your LG Optimus F6. To unlock it, simply insert a SIM card that isn’t on MetroPCs or the network you are locked to. Once you have done this, restart the smartphone and you’ll be asked to provide an unlock code. Enter in your code and you’ll have the device unlocked!
