How to unlock your phone

If you would like to get your Moto E 2nd gen unlocked so that you can use it on all Canadian networks, read the guidelines below! We have a special guide that will help you to unlock your device.

Please read the guide below!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please read - It’s very important that you provide us with the right IMEI number. The wrong number will result in the wrong unlock code. We cannot offer refunds if this happens. If you need to unlock your other motorola models just visit here!

Our orders can take a while to process. Sometimes you may have to wait up to a few days to get your unlock code depending on our order load. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

Once we have sent you the unlock code, you can unlock your Moto E 2nd gen. To unlock it, simply insert a SIM card that isn’t on the Canadian network you are locked to. Once you have done this, restart the Moto E and you’ll be asked to provide an unlock code. Enter in your code and you’ll have the device unlocked!
