The Moto E 2nd gen has a 4.5 inch display, a five megapixel camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and microSD support. This device is a low budget smartphone from Motorola, but it does offer a lot for it’s price range.

How to unlock your phone

If you would like to get your Moto E 2nd gen unlocked so that you can use it on networks other than just O2 UK, keep reading! We have a special guide that will help you to unlock your device.

Please read the guide below!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please make 100% sure that you provide us with the right IMEI number. The wrong number will result in the wrong unlock code. We cannot offer refunds to those that don’t use the right IMEI number. You can check the list here if you need to unlock your handset!

Our orders can take a while to process. Sometimes you may have to wait a few days for your order to process depending on our order load. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

Once we have sent you the unlock code, you can unlock your Moto E 2nd gen. To unlock it, simply insert a SIM card that isn’t on O2 UK. Once you have done this, restart the smartphone and you’ll be asked to provide an unlock code. Enter in your code and you’ll have the device unlocked!
