How to unlock your phone

Please read the guide below!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please ensure that you provide us with the right IMEI number. The wrong number will result in the wrong unlock code. No refunds can be provided to those who send us the wrong IMEI number.

As soon as you’ve received the unlock code via email, your device can be unlocked. To unlock your smartphone, simply insert a SIM card that isn’t on Rogers Canada. This step is important. Once you have done this, restart the smartphone and you’ll be asked to provide an unlock code. Enter in your code and you’ll have the device unlocked!
