How to unlock your phone

If you would like to get your Moto E 2nd gen unlocked so you can use it on all UK networks, read the guide below! We have a special guide that will help you to unlock your device.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It’s very important that you provide us with the right IMEI number. The wrong number will result in the wrong unlock code. No refunds can be offered to those that provide the wrong details. For other motorola handset just visit here and then just follow the instruction how to unlock it.

Our orders can take a while to process. At the most, you’ll be waiting four business days for your order to process. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

Once we have sent you the unlock code, you can unlock your device straight away. To unlock the Moto E, just insert a SIM card that isn’t on the network you’re locked to. Once you have done this, restart the Moto E and you’ll be asked to provide an unlock code. Enter your code when prompted and you’ll have the device unlocked!
