Be sure your Moto G4 has an Internet Connection through Wi-Fi or Data and the MetroPCS sim card is inserted.

If you got "Unlocked" message above, please open the app called "Device Unlock".

For most phones it is found in: Apps > MetroPCS > Device Unlock

With the App opened, click on "Permanent Unlock".

In just a moment, the App will display "Unlock Successful".

After rebooting your device you can use your MetroPCS device on other Carriers. Put in your new sim card and test it.
