You’ll need to submit all the correct information in the form at the bottom of this post.

- IMEI number – find it by calling *#06# on your phone or by going to the “about device” in your phone’s settings menu.

- The country your device is from.

- A valid email address where we can send the unlock code to.

You’ll need to send us the correct IMEI number, that is very important. If you don’t send us a correct IMEI number, we cannot send you a working unlock code. In such cases we cannot offer a refund.

The system will show you an estimated time needed for your IMEI when you check the availability. The amount of time needed can be from few minutes to few business days. It all depends on the original network and country of your device.

When checking your email for your unlock code, be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. Sometimes our emails get sent there and your unlock code may be in one of them. After you get your unlock code, here are the instructions on how to unlock your Moto G4:

For start, turn off your phone. Then insert a GSM SIM card into your Moto G4 that’s not on the O2 network. Then just turn your phone back on.

A new screen should show up asking you for an unlock code. Enter the code you’ve received from us and your phone will now be unlocked. After unlocking your phone, you can use it on any other carrier you want.
