The Galaxy Note 3 can now be picked up on AT&T USA pretty cheaply but if you purchase it from this network it will be locked. The smartphone is still a decent Android phone and it’s more than capable of dealing with everyday tasks but on a big screen.

How to unlock your phone

If you’d like us to unlock your Galaxy Note 3, continue reading! We have a special guide and form that can help you to get an unlock code for your device.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It’s important that you provide us with the right IMEI number. If you submit the wrong IMEI number  or provide any wrong details the unlock code we send you may not work for your particular phone. Sometimes orders can take up to a few business days to process. Please be patient! You will receive your unlock code via email once the order has processed.

Once you have your unlock code, you can unlock your Galaxy Note 3. To unlock your Note 3, please insert a SIM card that isn’t on AT&T USA and then restart the device.

When the Note 3 restarts, a new page will appear on your screen and this will ask for an unlock code. Once your code has been entered, your device will become unlocked.
