The Galaxy Note 3 is a 5.7 inch Android phablet with MicroSD support, S-Pen support, 3GB of RAM and either a Snapdragon 800 quad core processor or an octa core Exynos 5420 processor, depending on region.

How to unlock your phone

If you have a Galaxy Note 3 on Rogers Canada, it may be locked. This means that you cannot use it on any other mobile network. If you’d like to unlock your Note 3 for use on all networks, please follow our guide!

These are the details you’ll need to provide use with.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It’s very important that you don’t send us the wrong IMEI number! If we receive the wrong number, the unlock code we send may not work for your phone. We cannot offer a refund for you if this happens! You can follow the detailed instructions here to unlock Samsung Galaxy Note III!

Our orders can take up to 4 business days to process depending on our order load. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

Once the unlock code is in your email inbox you’ll be able to unlock your Note 3. To do this, please insert a SIM card that isn’t on Rogers Canada. Restart your Galaxy Note 3. Doing this will make your Note 3 display a new page. This screen will ask for an unlock code. Enter the code we sent you and your Note 3 will become unlocked.
