Despite being two years old, the Galaxy Note 3 is still a great smartphone that comes with a large, high resolution display, S-pen functionalities and all sorts of great Android and Samsung software features.

How to unlock your phone

If you have a Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile USA, it may be locked. If it is locked this means it cannot be used on any other mobile network. If you’d like to unlock your Note 3, please follow our guide!

These are the details you’ll need.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please do not send us the wrong IMEI number! If we receive the wrong number, the unlock code we generate for you will not work. We cannot offer a refund for you if this occurs!

Orders can take 3-4 business days to process. Please be patient as this happens. As soon as your order has been processed you will be sent an unlock code via email.

You can unlock your Galaxy Note 3 as soon as the unlock code is in your email inbox.. To unlock your Note 3, please insert a SIM card that isn’t on T-Mobile USA.

Once you’ve done this, restart your Galaxy Note 3. Doing this will make your Note 3 start on a new screen. You can unlock Samsung Galaxy Note III here by following the instructions!

This screen will ask for an unlock code. Enter the code we sent you and your Note 3 will become unlocked.
