How to unlock Samsung Galaxy S5 for USA networks
The Samsung Galaxy S5 features Samsung’s own Exynos octa core processor, a number of great hardware features, an amazing quality camera and Samsung’s very own TouchWiz UX Android overlay.
If you own the Samsung Galaxy S5 in USA but would like to use it on all USA networks you may want to follow the guide below.
How to unlock your phone
To unlock the Samsung Galaxy S5 for use on all USA networks you will need to provide us with some information about the device. Below, the information we need is listed.
- IMEI number - This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to
It is very important that you provide us with the correct information! If you provide us with the wrong IMEI number, the unlock code we send you may not work and we cannot offer a refund if that happens!
Please be patient after ordering. Orders can take up to four business days to process.
Once your order has processed we will always send unlock codes to the email address you provided. Once you have received the unlock code you can unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5.
To unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5, insert a SIM card that is not on the network you are locked to. Once you have inserted the SIM card and reset the device, the phone will ask you for an unlock code. Enter in the code we have sent you and your device will be unlocked. Here's the detailed instructions to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5!
