How to unlock your phone

Do you own the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo for Three UK? If you do, you may want to unlock it so that you can use it on all other UK networks. In this guide we’ll explain to you how you can get your S5 Neo unlocked.

We will first need some information about your device. The information needed is explained below.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It is very important that you do not send us the wrong IMEI number. We cannot generate a working unlock code if we are given the wrong IMEI number and we cannot offer a refund, in case that the IMEI number you send us does in fact belong to another smartphone.

Once the code is in your email, you will be ready to get your S5 Neo unlocked. First, you’ll need to switch off the S5 Neo and then insert a SIM card into it that is not on the Three network.

After doing so, you’ll then need to turn the S5 Neo back on and wait for it to boot up. After booting up, a new screen will be displayed.

On this screen, a prompt will appear that asks for an unlock code. Simply enter the code we have sent you and your smartphone will now be unlocked!
