How to unlock your phone

If you own the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo for EE UK but you would like to use it on all other networks, you will need to get the smartphone unlocked. In this article we will explain to you how you can do this.

You will need to find and enter the information below into the form at the end of this post. Make sure to follow the information below carefully.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

DO NOT provide us with a wrong IMEI number! Doing so will mean that the unlock code we send you may not work. We cannot offer refunds in this instance! You can click here to read the full detailed instructions to unlock Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo!

Our orders can take a few business days to process so please be patient during this time. Once your order has processed we will send an unlock code to your email address.

After the unlock code has arrived in your email inbox you will be able to get your S5 Neo unlocked. All you need to do to unlock your smartphone is to first switch it off.

Next, insert a SIM card into the Neo that is not on the EE network. After that, switch your smartphone back on and it will ask you for an unlock code.

Enter the unlock code we have sent you and you’ll now be ready to use your Neo on all other networks!
