How to unlock your phone

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

You must ensure that the IMEI number that you provide is absolutely 100% correct. If the IMEI number you send us is the wrong one, we will not be able to send you the correct unlock code. We cannot send you a refund if the IMEI number is wrong.

Our orders can sometimes take a few business days to process. Do not worry if your unlock code does not arrive right away. Keep an eye on your email inbox and your spam folders because this is where we will send your unlock code.

Once we have sent you the unlock code, you can unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. To unlock it, simply insert a SIM card that isn’t on the network you are currently locked to.
