In this article we’d like to help you to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo on O2 UK. If you are on other networks you will be able to get the S5 Neo unlocked too. This guide, however, is exclusively for the S5 Neo on O2.

Make sure to follow the information below carefully.

First, please find this information. You will need to enter it into the form at the end of this post.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

If you have received your unlock code, you can finally get your Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo unlocked. To start the unlock process, turn your phone off and insert a SIM card into the S5 Neo that is not on the O2 network. Now switch your device back on.

A new screen will appear that asks for an unlock code. Simply enter the code we have sent you and your S5 Neo will now be unlocked and ready to use on all networks!
