How to unlock your phone

If you’d like to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5 correctly, please read the list below. We will need you to provide us with this information in the form at the end of this post.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to
