How to unlock your phone

There are four things you need to unlock your phone. You can use the form below to enter these details and receive an unlock code from us. The things you need are listed below.


-    IMEI number. This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone.
-    The country your device is from or the network it is on
-    The name of your device
-    An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please pay extra attention to the IMEI code - make sure you enter it in perfectly. We cannot offer refunds if this number is entered in incorrectly. After you have entered all of the information, we will send you an unlock code within the next few days.

Once you have your unlock code you can unlock your phone by turning it off and switching out the SIM card with a new SIM that does not use the network you are locked to. When you turn your Galaxy S6 back on, you will be asked to input an unlock code.
