How to unlock your phone

There are four details you will need to enter into our form to receive an unlock code from us.

-    IMEI number. This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone.
-    The country your device is from or the network it is on
-    Name of your device
-    An email address that we can send the unlock code to

You must make sure that the IMEI number you provide us with is absolutely correct. We do not offer refunds if the IMEI number is entered incorrectly. Once you have entered all of the details and paid for a code, we will send you an unlock code within the next few days.

When you receive our code, please turn off your Galaxy S6 and take out your SIM card. You will need to find a SIM card to use with your smartphone that is not owned by Rogers Canada. Once you have such a SIM card insert it into your device. Turn your device back on and you will be able to enter our code and your Galaxy S6 will be unlocked.
