- IMEI number – you can find your IMEI by calling *#06# on your phone. You can also find it by going to “about device” in your settings menu.

- The country where your device is from

- Your email address where we can send an unlock code.

You must send us the correct IMEI number. We can’t send you a working unlock code if you send us the wrong IMEI. In such cases we cannot offer a refund.

The time it takes for your phone to get unlocked varies. It can take from a few minute to a few business days. It depends on the original country and network of your device.

The system will show an estimated time it takes for your IMEI when you check the availability.

You may receive our email in your junk mail folder, so after checking your inbox be sure to check your junk/spam folders too. The unlock code may be in one of them. After you get your unlock code, here are the full instructions on how to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge:

First, turn off your phone. Then insert a GSM SIM card into your S7 Edge that’s not from the original carrier. After that just turn your phone back on.

A new screen will appear asking you for an unlock code. Enter the unlock code you received from us and your phone will be unlocked. After unlocking your device, you can use it on any other carrier of your choice.
