You must carefully read the instructions below:

All this information needs to be submitted in the form at the bottom of this post.

- IMEI number – you can find it by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it by going to “about device” in your settings menu.

- The country where your device is from

- Your email address where we can send an unlock code.

You have to send us the correct IMEI number. We cannot give you a working unlock code if you don’t provide us with the correct IMEI. We can’t offer a refund if you give us a wrong IMEI.

Depending on the network and original country of your device, it can take from a few minutes to a few business days to get your phone unlocked. The system will show an estimated time it takes for your IMEI when you check the availability. Watch out for an email from us in your inbox and junk mail folders – one of those may contain the unlock code for you. Here are the further instructions on how to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S7:

First, start with turning off your phone. Then insert a GSM SIM card into your Galaxy S7 that’s not from the original network. After inserting a different GSM SIM card, turn your phone back on.

A screen should appear asking you for an unlock code. You need to enter the unlock code we’ve sent you and your phone will be unlocked. After unlocking your S7 phone, you can use it on any other network you want.
