How to unlock your tablet

If you would like to unlock your tablet you will need to enter certain information into the form below. The information you enter must be correct!

IMEI number -  This can be found on the back of your device. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
The country your device is from
The name of your device
An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Even though we try to send out codes as quickly as possible it can sometimes take up to a few days. We will send codes to the email address you have provided.

After you have received an unlock code from us you can unlock it! To unlock your Galaxy Tab 4 for AT&T, find a SIM card from any other network and insert it into your tablet. Once the SIM card is inserted, a new screen will appear asking for an unlock code. You must enter the unlock code we provided you and you will then be able to use your Galaxy Tab 4 on all networks, including AT&T.
