The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 is one of the only smartphones this year that is affordable on a budget and provides users with protection against dust and water. The Xcover 3 is now available worldwide but you must choose a network to purchase it from.

When you purchase from a network, your Galaxy Xcover 3 will be locked to the network you purchase from. If you picked up the Xcover 3 from Three UK it will be locked to Three SIM cards.

Fortunately there is a method to unlock your device. We can provide unlock codes that can make it so you can use your device on all UK networks. How to unlock your phone

We have a form that can be used to order an unlock code. It is important that you enter the information into the form correctly.

IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
The country your device is from
The name of your device
An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Please do not enter the wrong IMEI! We cannot generate a working code if the IMEI number is wrong. We cannot offer a refund when this happens.

We try to process orders quickly but it can take up to a few days.

Once you have received your unlock code follow these steps.

Insert a SIM card into your Xcover 3 (SIM card cannot be from Three)
Turn on your device
A new screen will display
On this screen it will ask for an unlock code
Enter the unlock code we sent you
Your device will be unlocked
