Easy-to-Follow Steps
Send us the following information to get started-
1. IMEI number- You can find your 15 or 16 digit IMEI code by dialing *#06# or by finding it on a sticker underneath your phone’s battery.
2. Country- Let us know which country you bought the phone from
3. Current network- Tell us what network you are currently locked to
This information will be needed to get you the correct unlock code.
Make sure you enter the correct IMEI number. We cannot make any refunds for a wrongly entered IMEI.
After the order has started processing, you will not be able to cancel so please make sure all details are correct before starting.
Once You Have the Correct Information
Send us:
- IMEI number
- The country your phone was bought in.
- The network your phone is locked to.
- An email address so we can contact you with your unlock code
After receiving the email with your code, you will need to enter a SIM card into your Galaxy S4 that it isn’t locked to. It should then start up with a page where you will be able to enter your 8 or 16 digit code we emailed to you.
Once the code is entered, your phone will unlock and you will be able to use any network SIM card with your Galaxy S4.
Please contact us if the phone doesn’t display the code page when entering a new SIM card.
