By admin | Published September 14th, 2015

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is one of two different Samsung phablets available in 2015 and is considered the choice for those looking to get the S-Pen experience. Whilst the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus also has a large screen, it lacks the S Pen and Note software features.

How to unlock your phone

Is your Galaxy Note 5 locked to Three UK? If it is, you may want to try and unlock your device. To unlock the Note 5, all you need to do is follow our guide below. After finishing the guide you’ll be able to purchase an unlock code.

Firstly we’ll need some information.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your Galaxy Note 5. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

The most important piece of information on here is the IMEI number. If you incorrectly enter the IMEI number, the unlock code we send you will not work. When this happens we cannot offer you a refund. If you need full detailed instructions to unlock your Galaxy Note 5 please just visit here!

Please be patient during the order processing period - this stage can take up to a few business days to complete.

Your unlock code will arrive via email. Once you have your code, you can unlock your Galaxy Note 5! To unlock your device, you will need to insert a SIM card into the device that isn’t on the Three UK network.

This first part is incredibly important. After following the first step, simply restart your device. When the Note 5 restarts, a screen will display that asks for an unlock code.

Simply pop in the code we sent you and the Galaxy Note 5 will become unlocked.
