How to unlock your phone

If you’d like to be able to use your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on all networks and not just on EE in the UK then keep reading! We provide an unlocking service and below we’ve listed the steps needed to get your device unlocked.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your Galaxy Note 5. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

All of this information is important to us but the most important is the IMEI number. If you submit the wrong IMEI number or provide any wrong details about your Note 5, the unlock code we send you may not work for your particular phone. If this happens, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If you need to unlock your Galaxy Note 5 please visit here!

Please be patient during the unlock process. Our orders can take a few business days to process. Once processed, an unlock code will be sent to your email.

Your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 can be unlocked as soon as the unlock code arrives in your email inbox! To unlock your device, you will need to insert a SIM card into the device that isn’t on the EE network. Once you’ve done this, restart your device.

When the Note 5 restarts, a new page will appear on your screen and this page will ask for an unlock code. Enter the code we sent you and your Galaxy Note 5 will become unlocked!
