How to unlock Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for European Networks

There are many different Canadian networks that offer the Galaxy Note 5, both SIM free and on contract. Being locked to a European network can be difficult for many reasons, but there are solutions to break free from this lock.

How to unlock your phone

There is a solution to force your Galaxy Note 5 to be unlocked to all European networks. You’ll be able to unlock the Galaxy Note 5 with our unlock service below. To use our service, you’ll first need to provide us with some information.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your Galaxy Note 5. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH THE WRONG DETAILS. A wrong IMEI number could result in a non-working unlock code - we cannot offer refunds in these cases.

Once you’ve received your unlock code, please follow the steps below.
 
-    Add a new a SIM card into the Note 5. (Different to your current network.)
-    Restart your Note 5.
-    Turn your Note 5 back on.
-    Enter the unlock code we sent you via email.
-    Your Note 5 will now be unlocked.
