How to unlock your phone

Are you locked to T-Mobile? If you’d like to be able to use your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on all networks then keep reading! We have a guide to help you out. First, we’ll need some details about your phone.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your Galaxy Note 5. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It’s incredibly important that you provide us with the right IMEI number. If you submit the wrong IMEI number or provide any wrong details about your Note 5, the unlock code we send you may not work for your particular phone. Our orders can sometimes take a few days to process. Please be patient. Once your order is processed an email will be sent containing your unlock code.

Once you have your unlock code, you can unlock your Galaxy Note 5. To unlock your ~Samsung Galaxy Note 5, please insert a SIM card into the phone that is not on T-Mobile and then restart the device. When the Note 5 restarts, a new page will appear on your screen and this page will ask for an unlock code. Once your code has been entered, your device will become unlocked.
