There are many different USA networks that offer the Galaxy Note 5, both SIM free and on contract. The big smartphone from Samsung has all sorts of great software and hardware features available, no matter what network you choose.

How to unlock your phone

If you do choose one network over another, you will unfortunately be locked to the network you chose. There is a solution to this problem though. You are able to unlock the Galaxy Note 5 with our unlock service below. To use our service, you’ll first need to provide us with some information.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your Galaxy Note 5. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

DO NOT use the wrong IMEI number! Any incorrect number could result in your device not receiving the correct unlock code. In these instances, we cannot offer you a refund.

Please be patient as it can take up to a few business days for your order to process. We also have the detailed instructions to unlock Samsung Galaxy Note 5, just click here!

You can unlock your Galaxy Note 5 as soon as we have sent the unlock code email. To unlock your device, follow the steps below.

-    Insert a SIM card into the Note 5
-    The SIM card must be on a different network to the operator you are locked to.
-    Once inserted, restart your Note 5.
-    Alternatively, remove the battery, re-insert it and turn the Note 5 back on.
-    Once on, the Note 5 will ask for an unlock code.
-    Enter the unlock code we sent you via email.
-    Your Note 5 will now be unlocked.

Feel free to ask for help if you need anything with these last steps.
