How to unlock your phone

In this post we’ll show you how to unlock your HTC 10 from European networks like Orange, Vodafone, O2, UK, SFR France etc. You can still unlock your phone from any other network, just follow the instructions here!

You need to carefully read the instructions below:

All this information needs to be submitted in the form at the bottom of this post.

- IMEI number – get your IMEI number by dialing *#06# or go to “about device” in your settings menu.
- Country where your device is from
- A valid email address where we can send you an unlock code.

Please send us the correct IMEI number. Be sure it’s the right one. If you send us a wrong IMEI number, we cannot send you a working unlock code and we cannot offer you a refund.

The time we need to unlock your phone can take from a few minutes to a few business days. It all depends on the original country and carrier of your device. The system will show you an estimated time it takes for your IMEI when you check the availability.

You will get your unlock code via email. Make sure you check both the inbox and the spam/junk mail folders in your email. One of those mails may contain your unlock code.

Here are the further instructions for unlocking your HTC 10 after getting your unlock code:

Start the unlocking process by turning off your phone. Then insert a GSM SIM card that’s not on the original network. After that just turn your phone back on.

A new screen will show up asking you for an unlock code. Enter the code we sent you and you’re done. After unlocking your HTC 10 you will be able to use it on any other carrier you want.
