You will receive the unlock code in your email. Check your junk/spam mail folders too, after checking your inbox. After you receive the unlock code here are the further instructions on how to unlock your HTC 10.

First, you must turn off your phone. Then, you need to enter a GSM SIM card into your HTC 10 that’s not on the Koodo network. Then turn your device back on.
