Whilst the HTC One has been revealed as HTC’s big flagship in 2013, it seems that the mobile manufacturer wants to try and capture the rest of the market as well, and although we’ve already heard about the Facebook partnered HTC First, and the similarly spec’d HTC M4, we’re starting to hear rumors of a handset with the name HTC 608t.
- Whether this name is final is unknown, but it’s said to include a quad core Snapdragon 400, with 1.4GHz to each core, 1GB RAM, and a 8MP primary shooter. Software-wise, the 608t is said to be running on the HTC Sense 5.0 UI, overlaid on top of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
- The screen size will be 4.5 inches, and will have a qHD resolution, and although the pixel density hasn’t been mentioned, it will probably land within the early 300’s.
- The handset doesn’t include the Ultrapixel camera technology, and the 608t name hints itself as being a handset released into China or somewhere similar, instead of into the larger markets such as the US or Europe, however, there may be a similarly spec’d handset following the 608t with a more familiar name and an Ultrapixel tech camera to back it up.
