Blackberry Q10 is Finally Getting Tested

BlackBerry Q10 RumorsDespite the Q10 being announced at the same time as the Z10, Blackberry released the Z10 way ahead of the QWERTY enabled Q10, and although the Z10 isn’t selling too bad, many believe it would have been smart for Blackberry to release the Q10 first, as demand seems to be higher.

Regardless of their decisions, according to the executive the Q10 handset is being tested by 40 different carriers across 20 different countries right now. This looks like good progress for Blackberry, and once on the shop shelves, the handset may give the Canadian company a huge boost in profits and overall success.

Blackberry has been well known for their QWERTY handsets, and in the past their success has been down to devices like the Blackberry Bold series and other Blackberry phones, so when Blackberry first announced their move to a touchscreen platform, many thought that this was Blackberry waving their white flag in the air to signal defeat.

Previous versions of the blackberry software has been a little outmatched thanks to the highly polished iOS and the hugely transparent Android OS, but if Blackberry were to focus on their QWERTY handsets along with their new BB10, they may stand a big chance to get back into the smartphone game and rival Android and Apple.
