- IMEI number – find your IMEI by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it by going to “about device” in your settings menu.
- The country where your device is from
- Your email address where we can send an unlock code.

It’s very important to send us the correct IMEI number. If you don’t send us the right IMEI we cannot send you a working unlock code. In such cases we can’t offer you a refund.

To unlock your phone can take from a few minutes to a few business days. It depends on the original country and network of your device. The system will show an estimated time it takes for your IMEI when you check the availability.

Check your email often for a message from us. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders also, one of those emails may contain your unlock code. After you get your unlock code, here are the further steps you need to do to unlock your HTC 10 handset!

Begin the process by turning off your phone, then insert a GSM SIM card that’s not on the original network. After that, turn your phone back on.

A new screen will show up and it will ask you for an unlock code. Enter the unlock code we sent you and your phone will be unlocked. After unlocking your device, you can use it on any other carrier you want.
