How to unlock your phone

-    IMEI number. This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone.
-    The country your device is from
-    The name of your device
-    An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Make sure that you don’t enter the 15 or 16 digit IMEI code incorrectly! If you enter in the wrong number, your code may not work and we cannot offer refunds if this happens!
