How to unlock your phone

You can use the form below to request an unlock code from us. We will need some information about your phone before the order can go ahead. The information needed is displayed below.

-    IMEI number. This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone.
-    The country your device is from
-    The name of your device
-    An email address that we can send the unlock code to

You will need to enter in the 15 or 16 digit IMEI number in correctly. If you do not enter in the right digits you may receive an unusable unlock code. We cannot offer a refund if this happens.

Once the order has finished please wait up to a few days for us to send the code out. Once you have received the code you can unlock it.

To unlock your Canadian HTC M9 you will need to enter the unlock code onto your device. To do this, first shut down your smartphone and insert a new SIM card that is not from the network you are currently locked to. Turn it back on and the smartphone will ask for a code. Enter the unlock code sent to your email address and your phone will now be unlocked to all networks.
