When you purchase your HTC One E9 Plus from Canadian networks there’s a large chance that it will be network locked. If you’d like to use your device on all networks you’ll need to get it unlocked.

How to unlock your phone

To unlock your HTC One E9 Plus for use on all networks, you will need to provide us with accurate information so that we can generate a working unlock code for your device.

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to
